2. Choose a design and color of personalization

3. Include your pets name and the phone number you would like to be on your tag

We cannot accept returns on any personalized items unless an error is made on our end. Please double check the personalization information as this will be copied and pasted into the software for engraving.

If the item is not personalized, contact us within 3 days of receiving your item if you have any problems so we can be given an opportunity for resolution.
